Standard services that come with the blog setup include the ability to add "Categories" and "Tags" in the Blog Editor. The Categories and Tag services that you see in the right column are standard features allowing your reader to click on a particular tag or category and see all the related articles that share that same tag or category.
The display method being used for this blog is what we call the "Teaser" display. You can also use a display method that displays the full post - both display methods are part of our standard service.
